Hello, my name is Alan Stephens.

Let me tell you alittle about my story!
I am a 48 year old husband and father of two.
Eight years ago I had one foot in the grave..I weighed 340 lbs and could barely walk.
My blood pressure was 150/105. My cholesterol was 370.
My feet hurt all the time because of ingrown toenails.
I had trouble breathing and couldn't sleep more than 3 hours a night.
My hair was falling out, I had skin disorders and found myself with type II Diabetes, morning and evening insulin shots were part of my every day life.
I had mood swings and lost 60% of my eyesight.
I all but lost my wife and family, and was a failure in every aspect of my life.
I tried every diet, and fell for every quick fix, miracle pill or powder I saw advertised.

I am happy to report today, I weigh 185 lbs.
I have 20/20 eyesight. My cholestrol is 170.
My blood pressure is 114/70.
My ingrown toenails are a thing of the past.
I breathe in the air like a well trained athlete and have a full head of hair.

I no longer have skin disorders or take insulin shots.
My family life is the best it has been in the 28 years that I have been married, and I sleep like a new born baby.

I am one of the most blessed people on this planet, having been given a second chance to live my life.
